• Customer Support Records: Retained for 3 years from the date of the interaction, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years after account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

After the applicable retention period has expired, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC guidelines. Anonymized data (which can no longer identify you) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
