These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and marryph ("marryph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the marryph online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at marryph.com and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. If you cease to meet any eligibility requirement at any time, you must immediately stop using the Platform and notify marryph support.

To access the full range of games and services on marryph, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active marryph account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• KYC Verification: marryph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. marryph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify marryph support immediately via live chat.

marryph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration is fraudulent, duplicative, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

marryph supports a range of Philippine-local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• Verification Requirement: marryph reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in your name.
• Currency: All transactions on marryph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). marryph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your marryph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. marryph is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Transaction Limits: marryph may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

marryph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: marryph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any form of bonus abuse or exploitation.

All games available on the marryph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from marryph.
• Use the marryph name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, marryph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays beyond marryph's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

marryph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your marryph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

marryph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an account on marryph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by marryph, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records under Philippine law. To exercise your data rights, contact our support team.

marryph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

You may close your marryph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to marryph's internal dispute resolution process. You may raise a dispute by contacting our support team, who will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
